KINDLY NOTE: It may take 2-3 Days for a coach to get back to you with Gfrag® Product recommendations on a consultation.

Deliveries may take up to 4-7 working days depending on the couriers, public holidays, weekends and if your area is an outer lying areas etc. Couriers normally do not do deliveries over weekends as well as public holidays.
If we are sold out on a product or your coach is out of stock: The Waiting period can be up to 10 working days. Please do not make any payments until our stock is replenished. We do not take any back orders. Best is to check with your coach regarding stock availability.

Orders will be sent out on Tuesdays & Thursdays. A tracking number will be sent to you. Please see additional courier details below. Courier days may change when there is a public holiday; we will advise on our social media.

STOCK IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

Regretfully we DO NOT give refunds AND/OR permit product returns, regardless of whether the product is OPENED OR SEALED.

Orders have to be placed and paid for, one day before courier day. No later than 14h30. Orders may take 1-3 days to process and Will only be sent out after payment has been made. Payments must be paid in full before an order will be processed and sent out for delivery.
